B2C Performance Marketer | AI-first

About the role

This is a growth‑focused, fully remote position based in Ireland. You will own end‑to‑end B2C paid acquisition, leveraging AI‑enhanced tools to design, launch and optimise high‑performing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the full B2C paid acquisition strategy, from planning to performance analysis.
• Build, launch and scale webinar, VSL and education‑focused funnels using AI‑driven automation.
• Create and optimise ad creatives, messaging, landing pages and campaigns across paid channels, especially Meta platforms.
• Design AI‑powered workflows to accelerate creative production, campaign management and experimentation.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and LTV, continuously improving profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, CRM, creative and product teams to align acquisition with business goals.
• Conduct ongoing testing to uncover new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling B2C paid acquisition campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong background in direct‑response marketing, webinar funnels, VSL or info‑product models.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
• Understanding of AI‑powered marketing tools and automation workflows.
• Ability to manage campaigns independently from strategy through optimisation.
• Excellent analytical skills for data‑driven decision making.
• Experience working in remote, cross‑functional, fast‑paced environments.
