Bank Nurse Advisor – Community Relief Nursing

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, registered nurse to join our flexible bank team, providing high‑quality patient care across multiple locations in Ireland. You will travel to homes and community settings, delivering treatments and supporting patients as part of a wider integrated service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cannulation and phlebotomy procedures.
• Administer subcutaneous and IV therapies in home or community environments.
• Maintain full compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Complete electronic nursing records accurately and promptly.
• Report adverse events, product complaints and clinical incidents according to policy.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the wider care team.
• Adapt to changing schedules and travel to assigned patient locations.

Required profile

• Active An Bord Altranais nursing registration.
• 2‑3 years post‑registration experience in acute or community settings.
• Strong experience in cannulation and phlebotomy.
• Full clean driver’s licence and access to a personal car.
• Willingness to travel across Dublin, Midlands, Cork/Limerick.
• Basic IT skills and ability to work independently.
