About the role

The Grand Hotel, Malahide is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our high‑volume, quality‑focused bar operation. You will ensure service excellence, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve all food and drink to agreed company standards.
• Develop and maintain service standards that enhance guest satisfaction.
• Introduce innovative ways of working to improve efficiency and guest experience.
• Create an exciting atmosphere by ensuring staff are well‑trained and perform to the highest standards.
• Train all team members in effective upselling techniques.
