About the role

Join the DataAnnotation team as a Behavioral Scientist – AI Trainer, working remotely to help shape cutting‑edge AI systems that perform quantitative reasoning. You will evaluate AI‑generated analyses, design quantitative challenges, and provide feedback that improves model accuracy and real‑world relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated quantitative work—including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and scientific reasoning—for technical accuracy and practical validity.
• Design and solve quantitative problems used to train and benchmark AI models, covering forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
• Write clear technical explanations and well‑documented analytical code.
• Provide actionable feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models for quantitative reasoning.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in a quantitative role or research environment (e.g., data science, economics, physics, biology, operations research).
• Fluency in English with strong written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline preferred.

Required skills

• Coding experience for end‑to‑end analytical work.
• Practical knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and experiment design (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, time‑series forecasting).
