BIM Technician – Full‑Time, Dublin

About the role

BIM at IN2 is central to project delivery, not a support function. You will ensure designs become buildable, coordinated solutions, directly influencing project outcomes. The role is embedded within project teams, working closely with engineers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit.
• Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Maintain model accuracy and quality throughout all project stages.
• Support engineers and project teams with detailed BIM information.
• Contribute to efficient and coordinated project delivery.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in BIM, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience using Revit in a building services or construction environment.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced project setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
