Brand & Communications Manager – Ireland

About the role

Gousto is seeking an Ireland Brand & Communications Manager to shape the brand’s presence across the Irish market. Reporting to the Ireland Marketing Lead and collaborating with the UK Brand team, you will drive integrated campaigns that boost awareness, engagement and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated brand campaigns across TV, digital, PR, partnerships and social channels.
• Adapt UK‑originated campaigns for the Irish audience, ensuring relevance and impact.
• Craft in‑market messaging using customer insight and performance data.
• Coordinate partnerships, influencer and PR activities to support campaign goals.
• Manage timelines, creative delivery and channel coordination to meet high‑quality standards.
• Monitor campaign and brand performance, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Take a hands‑on role in creative adaptation, briefing updates and multi‑channel execution.
• Lead cross‑functional relationships with marketing, creative, performance and commercial teams.
• Support go‑to‑market planning for key launches and seasonal activity.
• Contribute ideas for new campaigns, partnerships and brand opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience working in a fast‑paced marketing, brand or communications environment.
• Ability to translate data and insight into compelling brand storytelling.
• Strong collaboration skills with local and central teams, agencies and external partners.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a focus on commercial impact.
