Brand Manager

About the role

Britvic Ireland is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of the annual brand plan for its portfolio of soft‑drink brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class campaigns and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering the annual brand plan, covering ATL, BTL and innovation activities.
• Monitor campaign performance against objectives and identify opportunities for future growth.
• Coordinate key brand sponsorships and support Trade/PR, press and influencer activities.
• Execute large‑scale sampling programmes within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Technical, Field Sales, Category, Insight and Shopper Marketing to implement integrated marketing plans.
• Build strong relationships with external agencies (creative, media, experiential, packaging).
• Lead specific new product development projects, preparing business cases and managing the stage‑gate process.
• Assist with budget management, raising purchase orders and updating control files.
• Develop and report on social‑media strategy in partnership with the digital agency.
• Analyse brand performance data and propose actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Marketing experience, preferably within FMCG.
• Personable, energetic and passionate about consumer brands.
• Strong desire to learn and contribute innovative ideas.
• Can‑do attitude with flexibility and adaptability.
• Ability to build collaborative partnerships with external agencies.
