About the role
We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead the development of the Midleton Very Rare brand within the Prestige Whiskey portfolio. Based in Dublin, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and report to the Head of Brand Architecture & Activation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the brand’s social and digital strategy, including content planning, campaign creation, platform management and performance optimisation.
- Support new prestige product development projects, from liquid formulation to packaging design.
- Create engaging digital assets, manage brand website content and produce premium point‑of‑sale materials.
- Collaborate with lead markets and external agencies to deliver marketing activations that drive awareness, recruitment and premium positioning.
- Assist the wider Prestige team on cross‑brand initiatives, launches and activation projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing within luxury or premium spirits.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour in high‑end channels.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Product development and packaging coordination.
- Brand communication and activation planning.
