Marketing Solution Engineer

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a Marketing Solution Engineer Specialist to join the Dublin team, supporting Small and Medium Business customers. The role sits at the intersection of digital marketing strategy and technology, helping customers build hyper‑personalized experiences using Agentforce Marketing Solutions and Data360.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges and define actionable next steps through research and assessment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design comprehensive solutions and roadmaps for Agentforce Marketing and Data360.
• Deliver compelling software demonstrations, rapid prototypes, and executive‑level presentations.
• Develop future‑state customer journey strategies and long‑term technology roadmaps in partnership with Account Executives and partners.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Danish.
• Proven experience in solution engineering, digital marketing, or customer success with Salesforce technology.
• Strong technical understanding of data‑driven solutions, including Data360 and customer data platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and C‑level audiences.
