Business Analyst – Digital Transformation (Financial Services)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a digital transformation programme for a leading Financial Services client in Dublin. The role is hybrid, requiring 2‑3 days on‑site each week, and is initially offered on a six‑month day‑rate contract.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business, functional and non‑functional requirements for digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, operations and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of change programmes.
• Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements and translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Work closely with technology teams to support solution design, development and implementation.
• Produce process maps, gap analyses, impact assessments and comprehensive documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering digital transformation projects within Financial Services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders and technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Background in wealth management, private banking or asset management is a plus.
