Business Development & Commercial Enablement Executive

About the role

This position sits within a fast‑growing professional services firm and supports the marketing and communications function. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive growth strategy, improve sales processes and enable cross‑functional collaboration across key sectors and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior leaders in delivering strategic business development and growth initiatives.
• Drive structured account planning, pipeline management and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Coordinate high‑quality bids, tenders and proposal submissions.
• Lead CRM implementation, adoption, reporting and data‑quality initiatives.
• Produce pipeline, revenue and performance dashboards.
• Facilitate relationship mapping and stakeholder engagement across key accounts.
• Align marketing campaigns with commercial objectives and collaborate with international colleagues on joint opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, commercial enablement, sales support or account management.
• Professional services background is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Confidence working with senior leadership and influencing across the business.
