About the role
The Business Development Manager will join our young, dynamic team to expand our ATM and financial service offering across Ireland. You will work closely with small and medium enterprises, delivering essential rural financial solutions and driving growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new SME customers for ATM and financial services.
- Develop and nurture relationships with senior management and decision‑makers.
- Promote innovative solutions that challenge current retail and financial paradigms.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns.
- Track sales performance and report on market opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven sales track record in a B2B environment.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand technical aspects of financial services.
- Comfortable operating with both senior executives and SME owners.

- Competitive base salary of approximately €35,000.
- Uncapped bonus potential with OTE exceeding €65,000.
