Business Development Manager

About the role

OrderYOYO is seeking a confident and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth across its European markets. Based in Dublin, you will work directly with restaurants and takeaways, helping them succeed online through branded mobile apps and websites.

Key responsibilities

• Attend new business and account‑management meetings across your territory, Monday to Friday.
• Plan and manage daily activities, including diary management and KPI tracking.
• Achieve daily KPIs and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and optimise profitability of existing customers while providing ongoing support.
• Generate your own leads and meetings, complemented by a telesales team that books appointments.

Required profile

• Full, valid driving licence.
• Previous customer‑facing sales experience (preferred).
• Self‑starter with a strong drive to achieve bonuses.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Goal‑oriented with a resilient, “never‑give‑up” attitude.
