Catering Assistant – Castlebar

About the role
Supermac's is looking for enthusiastic catering assistants to join its Castlebar restaurant. You will help deliver fast, friendly service while ensuring food quality, cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve menu items quickly and accurately.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and restaurant cleanliness.
- Handle cash and operate the point‑of‑sale system following company procedures.
- Support the management team in driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to food safety, storage and preparation guidelines.
- Flexibly work across all restaurant areas as directed by the manager.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a fast‑paced food service environment.
- Reliability, maturity and strong communication skills.
- Full availability for weekday shifts.
- Legal right to work in Ireland.
