Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

About the role

Foodhub is seeking a senior, commercially‑driven Chief Marketing Officer to shape and execute its global marketing strategy. Based in Dublin, the CMO will partner with the CEO and the executive team to drive customer acquisition, brand growth and market expansion across multiple continents.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead a data‑driven global marketing strategy aligned with growth targets.
• Translate the company vision into measurable marketing plans for all regions.
• Build and manage a high‑performing global marketing organisation.
• Own customer acquisition, optimisation of paid media, SEO, app growth and partnership channels.
• Develop strategies to improve conversion, retention and lifetime value.
• Lead brand development and market positioning initiatives.
• Collaborate with the executive team on overall business and expansion strategy.
• Travel regularly to ensure alignment and impact in each market.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in high‑growth, technology‑focused companies.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of scaling marketing functions internationally.
• Strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing hands‑on campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across global markets.
