Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Global Operations Lead

About the role

Foodhub is seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence across its rapidly expanding global footprint. Based in Dublin, the COO will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to translate the company’s vision into actionable plans that support continued growth and international acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale day‑to‑day operations across all regions, ensuring consistency, performance and compliance.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Optimise processes, systems and workflows to support rapid growth and operational resilience.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including technology, customer support, finance and commercial functions.
• Travel regularly to international markets to align local leadership, assess performance and reinforce strategic objectives.

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑market organisations with a strong commercial focus.
• Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams and foster a culture of operational excellence.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of translating vision into measurable operational plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
