Childcare Practitioner – Early Years Educator

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Early Years Educators to join our crèche teams across Ireland. You will work with children ranging from babies to pre‑school and after‑school ages, delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing environment and quality service for children and their families.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to plan and deliver engaging activities.
• Develop creative learning ideas and themed days for the crèche.
• Communicate daily updates to parents or guardians.
• Report any concerns to the team leader or manager promptly.
• Co‑operate with TUSLA Early Years Inspectors during inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum QQI/FETAC Level 5 qualification or equivalent recognised by the DCYA.
• Eligible to work full‑time in Ireland.
• Garda Vetting (and international police clearance if applicable).
• Passion for early childhood education, hardworking, creative and a team player.

Required skills

• Relevant childcare or early years qualification.
