Client Accountant – Corporate Services

About the role

The Client Accountant will support a Senior Client Accountant in delivering bookkeeping and management account preparation for Irish incorporated SPVs. Working closely with the client services team, you will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and annual reports in line with IFRS, Companies Act and other GAAP.
• Prepare and review management accounts (monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, annual, ad‑hoc) and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide day‑to‑day financial reporting services to a portfolio of clients, adhering to internal policies.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities on accounting‑related matters.
• Assist clients with audit updates and accounting queries.
• Maintain systematic accounting records and manage a portfolio of entities.
• Support ad‑hoc assignments and explore new responsibilities.
• Report to senior team members within agreed timeframes.
