Client Associate – SEO

About the role

The Client Associate – SEO will support the Core Search team in delivering effective SEO strategies for a portfolio of leading Irish brands. You will gain hands‑on experience in technical SEO, content optimisation, keyword research, reporting and analysis while learning how SEO contributes to broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with keyword research, search demand analysis and on‑page optimisation (content, metadata, internal linking).
• Support technical SEO audits, site‑speed analysis and implementation reviews.
• Use SEO tools such as Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console to monitor performance.
• Analyse organic traffic and AI platform data using Google Analytics (including GA4).
• Help with local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimisation.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc SEO reports and identify insights under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with Paid Search, client services and other Core practices to deliver integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data and numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Curiosity and motivation to learn SEO, GEO and digital media concepts.
• Interest in search engine behaviour and digital marketing trends.

Required skills

• Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog (or equivalent SEO platforms).
• Google Analytics, GA4 and Google Search Console.
• WordPress or other CMS.
• Basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
