Client Billing Specialist – Global Entity Services

About the role

The Maples Group is seeking a Client Billing Specialist to join its Global Entity Services team in Dublin. The role supports billing and revenue processes for a diverse client portfolio within a fast‑growing financial services business. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with legal and financial colleagues worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate billing and revenue data in line with service agreements and internal protocols.
• Analyze data using various tools to identify exceptions, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage billing cycles for multiple client portfolios and ensure timely invoicing.
• Liaise directly with clients to resolve billing queries and provide clear communication.
• Continuously update and refine data management processes to support service excellence.
