Client Director – Enterprise Sales (AI & Digital Engineering)

About the role

This is a strategic growth hire for an AI‑native digital engineering consultancy operating in Ireland. As a Client Director you will act like a mini‑CEO, building and expanding a portfolio of major enterprise accounts and driving long‑term relationships that can generate €10 million‑plus in revenue over time.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and own strategic enterprise clients across Ireland.
• Develop long‑term relationships and act as the trusted advisor for digital transformation, platform modernisation, AI adoption and engineering acceleration initiatives.
• Lead complex negotiations and close high‑value contracts, targeting €10 m+ portfolio growth.
• Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at senior executive levels, shaping the commercial strategy and market positioning.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling technology consulting, product engineering services, digital transformation, or cloud/AI/data solutions to large enterprises.
• Commercially mature, consultative and highly credible in enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership and relationship‑building skills with the ability to operate autonomously.
