Client Service Executive

About the role

The Client Service Executive provides high‑level administrative and client‑facing support to senior private client advisers and directors within Davy. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring queries are handled promptly and efficiently while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver general administrative support to Directors, Associate Directors and Senior Private Client Advisers.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, responding quickly and professionally.
• Prepare investment presentations, collate documentation for client meetings and audit the CRM system for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage follow‑up activities, minutes of meetings and task completion monitoring.
• Update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data management complies with legislative requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments, tax advisers, solicitors, brokers and life offices to fulfil client requests.
• Assist with planning, preparation and on‑site support for client events and conferences.
• Participate in inter‑departmental projects to improve client servicing and deploy new applications.
• Contribute to Investor Policy Statement preparation and company campaign workshops.
• Adhere to Davy’s risk and compliance frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a client‑service or administrative role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various internal teams.
