Client Service Executive

About the role

The Client Service Executive will provide high‑level administrative and client‑facing support to a team of Directors, Associate Directors and Senior Private Client Advisers within Davy’s wealth management division. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring queries are handled promptly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to senior advisers, including preparation of investment presentations and meeting documentation.
• Maintain and audit the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate, compliant records.
• Manage follow‑up activities from client meetings, including minute taking and task monitoring.
• Facilitate client requests by liaising with internal departments and external partners such as tax advisers, solicitors, brokers and life offices.
• Assist in planning and delivering client events, providing on‑site support and hospitality.
• Participate in inter‑departmental projects to improve client service processes and deploy new applications.
• Support the preparation and follow‑up of Investor Policy Statements and contribute to internal workshops.
• Adhere to Davy’s risk, compliance, and data‑management policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a client‑service, administrative or financial support role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and data accuracy.
