Client Service Manager – Homecare

About the role

We are seeking a Client Service Manager to lead our homecare team in the Cork area. The role combines client relationship management with supervision of home support workers, ensuring high‑quality, personalised care for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and families, managing care plans and addressing needs.
• Supervise, mentor and support home support workers to deliver consistent, high‑standard care.
• Conduct client assessments, develop personalised care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and all relevant homecare regulations.
• Coordinate staff schedules and resources to meet client requirements efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and external healthcare providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Care, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in healthcare, homecare or client services.
• Strong organisational, leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Irish homecare regulations (HIQA) and best practices.
• Full, clean driving licence and access to a car for travel within the Cork area.
