Client Services Representative

About the role

Join the Client Services team at Eurofins Biomnis’ laboratory in Sandyford, Dublin 18. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing phone and email support and ensuring that service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, delivering first‑class service.
• Log all service requests in the company’s CRM system and track them to resolution.
• Use the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to access and update client data.
• Maintain compliance with departmental SOPs, training records and QPulse documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the laboratory team to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Participate in a rotating shift schedule, including occasional Saturday shifts.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Highly organised with the ability to follow procedures and documentation requirements.
• Enthusiastic about problem solving and delivering consistent service.
• Willingness to work the specified shift pattern and occasional weekend hours.

Required skills

• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client interactions.
• Familiarity with QPulse or similar quality‑management platforms.
