Coach Driver – Airside Operations (Dublin Airport)

About the role

As a Coach Driver in airside operations at Dublin Airport, you will transport passengers safely between the terminal and aircraft, delivering a professional and friendly experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out pre‑trip vehicle checks to ensure coaches are safe and ready for operation.
• Transport passengers efficiently between aircraft and terminal while prioritising safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the coach interior and exterior.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, handling any lost belongings.
• Communicate delays, issues, or updates promptly to supervisors.
• Report faults or maintenance issues as they arise.
• Adhere to uniform, high‑visibility gear, and safety standards.
• Support the wider team with additional duties when required.

Required profile

• Valid, unrestricted Category D licence.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Successful completion of a 5‑year security background check and Garda vetting.
• Legal right to work in the EU.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Flexibility for rostered shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure in an airport setting.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional appearance in line with company grooming and uniform standards.

• Full‑time permanent position with a six‑month probation period.
• Competitive gross salary of €37,000 per year.
