Commercial Quality Lead – Transcend GTO-QM

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson’s Transcend program as a Commercial Quality Lead for the GTO‑QM stream. You will help modernize the company’s foundational transactional processes by consolidating multiple pharmaceutical ERP systems into a single, standardized platform that supports growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and harmonization of the new ERP backbone for commercial quality operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the transformation.
• Identify and remediate end‑of‑life system exposures to reduce risk.
• Support the rollout of standardized processes across the pharmaceutical business.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial quality within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and digital quality processes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment across multiple locations.
