About the role
Lilly is seeking a Communications Intern to support internal and external communications across its Kinsale site. The role combines content creation, event support, and ESG programme delivery, offering a hands‑on experience in a global pharmaceutical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support creation and delivery of internal communications via townhalls, Lilly TV/AV screens, newsletters, and hybrid/virtual events.
- Prepare and publish weekly site performance metrics and strategy board updates.
- Assist with external engagement database, campus outreach, and social media content creation.
- Help develop and communicate Lilly’s All‑Ireland social impact programme in line with ESG priorities.
- Conduct compliance checks for the Lilly.ie website and maintain audit documentation for GDPR and other requirements.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute creative ideas.
Required skills
- Experience with communication tools and software relevant to internal communications.
