Construction Manager – Residential & Regeneration Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large‑scale residential and regeneration projects in the Cork area. Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will oversee the full development life‑cycle, from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a portfolio of residential and regeneration projects.
• Manage design teams, contractors and consultants on technical, program and budgetary aspects.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with local authorities, development partners and utility providers.
• Ensure compliance with planning conditions, fire certificates and disability access requirements.
• Drive commercial savings through innovative design, procurement and tendering.
• Monitor project budgets, progress reporting and risk management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
• Recognised degree in construction, civil engineering or a related field.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt to project challenges.
