Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead on‑site operations for residential and commercial projects in County Louth. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and design teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site activities, guaranteeing compliance with project specifications, schedules and budgets.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and design teams to communicate progress, resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Review project progress against contractual obligations and take corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee procurement and materials management to ensure timely delivery and specification compliance.
• Direct and supervise the Site Engineer and Site Manager to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
• Identify construction‑related challenges, develop and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are met in line with Irish construction regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing residential or commercial construction projects in Ireland.
• Proven ability to lead on‑site teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction codes, health and safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
