Construction Site Manager – Commercial Fit‑out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead a commercial fit‑out project in County Dublin. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the site, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, supervise staff, subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, drawings and project documentation.
• Review plans, specifications and coordinate subcontractor activities throughout the project.
• Oversee quality control, health and safety compliance and ensure works meet regulations and client requirements.
• Coordinate all phases of the fit‑out process, including first‑fix, second‑fix, finishes, M&E coordination and final handover.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and implement solutions to keep the programme on schedule.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ site management experience on fit‑out or refurbishment projects in Ireland.
• Proven ability to deliver commercial fit‑out projects (office, retail, hospitality, healthcare).
• Strong knowledge of current building regulations, certification requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline (desirable).
