Construction Site Manager

About the role

A leading residential developer is looking for a Site Manager to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of a new‑build housing and apartment scheme in Limerick. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and the site engineering team to ensure the project is completed safely, on schedule and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site construction activities from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and site logistics.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality targets.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site.
• Liaise with the Contracts Manager, design team and key stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and quality management.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to drive programme and coordinate multiple trades effectively.
