Consultant – Transfer Agency & Tax Transparent Funds

About the role

As a Consultant in the Transfer Agency (TA) and Tax Transparent Funds (TTF) Hub, you will guide clients and investors through the onboarding process and throughout the full TTF lifecycle. You will also ensure accurate and timely completion of tax regulatory filings while supporting the continuous improvement of the operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients and investors during the TTF onboarding phase.
• Complete and share TTF tracker documents with clients and internal teams.
• Provide daily support to TTF clients and investors.
• Prepare and review Investment Undertaking Tax (IUT) and 8th‑year deemed disposal tax calculations.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting (IUT, FATCA, CRS).
• Maintain operating procedures to enhance client experience and service quality.
• Respond to queries from clients, investors, and internal teams.
• Act as escalation point for unresolved tax issues from other TA teams.
• Liaise across multiple teams and jurisdictions.
• Participate in internal projects and ad‑hoc process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• College or university degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Operational experience in a Transfer Agency or tax role is preferred.
• Strong numerical, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing workloads.
• Organisational skills to prioritize tasks and work independently under pressure.
