Content Strategist (4‑month remote contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Strategist to join our client’s team for a four‑month, fully remote engagement. The role blends a passion for product with a focus on delivering outstanding user experiences through data‑driven content creation, especially for Generative AI‑powered support tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Root Cause Analyses on user support tickets to identify and replicate chatbot issues.
• Scope the prevalence and impact of issues using data tools.
• Mitigate content problems through updates, prompt engineering, and index patching.
• Triage non‑content issues (retrieval, generation, platform bugs) to Engineering or Support Ops with clear documentation.
• Dog‑food the support chatbot to verify fixes and continue debugging as needed.
• Write, edit, test, and improve Help Center articles and support responses.
• Develop content that enables Generative AI experiences and champion content standards.
• Use data to inform decisions and partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance WhatsApp support experiences.
• Manage multiple projects, meet shifting deadlines, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content strategy.
• At least 6 months of experience creating content for Generative AI.
• Strong critical thinking and editorial judgment on complex, sensitive topics.
• Proven ability to plan and write online help and customer support content.
