Content Strategist – Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

As a Content Strategist within gTech’s Users and Products team, you will shape the help and support experience for Google users and customer‑care agents across multiple content channels. You will work closely with global stakeholders to ensure that content is effective, engaging, and aligned with user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall help‑center and support strategy for multiple Google products.
• Develop and maintain content plans, multimedia assets, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with leadership, product teams, and outsourced partners across time zones.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize deliverables, and report on content performance metrics.
• Advocate for users by translating insights into actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in content strategy, management, or design.
• Experience with personalized, interactive, motion‑based, or AI‑driven content formats.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and work with cross‑functional global teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI‑enabled content tools for creation, editing, or publication.
• Experience with analytics and reporting on content effectiveness.
