Contract Analyst – Project Analyst (Industry Relations & Contracting)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑calibre Contract Analyst to join the Industry Relations & Contracting team. This 12‑month fixed‑term position supports a global group of Contract Managers across the US and Ireland, ensuring precise documentation and compliance in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full administrative lifecycle of contract documentation, including preparation, tracking and filing.
• Coordinate and organise sensitive materials for internal and external audits and litigation requests.
• Maintain contract records and databases with rigorous version control and timely updates.
• Facilitate agreement movement through electronic signature platforms and redlining tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure global consistency in documentation standards.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
• Work independently on routine tasks while escalating complex issues to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in an operational, administrative or contract support role.
• Experience in heavily regulated sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, legal or insurance is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CLM.
• Experience using Adobe Sign or equivalent electronic‑signature platforms.
• Advanced use of document versioning and redlining tools (tracked changes).

What we offer

• Up to €19.30 per hour, dependent on experience.
• 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave.
• Hybrid work model – two days onsite (Wednesday and Thursday) in Dublin.
