Contracts Officer – Permanent Role

About the role

The Contracts Officer will support Airbus Financial Services Limited’s Contracts Department in Dublin, handling day‑to‑day administration of contracts for Airbus Flight Hour Services and related subsidiaries. The role ensures accurate documentation, invoicing and reporting across the company’s fixed‑wing and component financing portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contracts entered into by the AFS group and its affiliates.
• Review contract documentation, prepare spreadsheets and input data into internal systems to generate invoices and credit notes.
• Monitor overdue amounts and follow up with relevant parties.
• Liaise with managers in Dublin, Toulouse and other global locations to maintain contract accuracy.
• Prepare regular reports for the Head of Department and senior management.
• Identify and implement enhancements to existing systems and procedures.
• Support compliance risk awareness and act with integrity.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification or experience in finance, aviation or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
