Copywriter (French Fluency) – Creative Services

About the role

Cook is seeking a Creative Services Copywriter who can translate strategic business goals into compelling, brand‑aligned content for European audiences. The role requires strong English proficiency and fluency in French to localise messaging for French‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Write and revise marketing and communications copy that follows the Cook voice, style guide, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define content goals, key messages, and concise copy.
• Research topics, consult subject‑matter experts, and produce clear material for product, technical, procedural, and promotional purposes.
• Work closely with designers, writers, and agency partners to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Manage workload efficiently, document versions and approvals using project‑management tools, and maintain punctual attendance.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and ensure all regulatory, quality, and French‑specific compliance requirements are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field (highly desirable).
• Native‑ or bilingual‑level fluency in French and strong English proficiency.
• Proven copywriting experience in marketing, communications or e‑commerce, with a portfolio showcasing creativity and adaptability.
• Familiarity with European marketing standards such as EU‑MDR, French Charter, and local compliance requirements.
• Ability to work remotely across time zones and within CET‑compatible hours.
