Corporate Action Analyst – French Language

About the role

Infosys BPM is seeking a bilingual Corporate Action Analyst to join its Dublin team. The role focuses on managing, interpreting, and reporting corporate events for equity markets and other asset classes, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard, maintain, and verify corporate actions data to improve database coverage and quality.
• Develop deep knowledge of all corporate events, including cash dividends, rights offerings, spin‑offs, and meetings.
• Support the client help desk by handling escalated inquiries related to corporate events.
• Identify workflow efficiencies and implement technology solutions to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams on future product enhancements.
• Lead large and complex data projects related to corporate events.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong interpersonal and client‑relationship skills.
• Self‑starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to meet tight, conflicting deadlines.
• Prior experience or solid knowledge of corporate finance.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment and excellent communication skills.
