Corporate Legal Counsel – Aircraft Leasing

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to join a leading aircraft leasing company in Dublin. The role will support a wide range of aviation‑related commercial and financing transactions across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with senior internal stakeholders and external counterparties.

Key responsibilities

• Support and negotiate aviation‑related commercial and financing transactions in various jurisdictions.
• Draft, review and manage transactional documentation for acquisitions, disposals, financings and strategic projects.
• Provide legal guidance on commercial and contractual matters to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external counsel, financial institutions and counterparties to ensure timely deal completion.
• Contribute to broader legal and portfolio initiatives in a fast‑paced international environment.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with experience in a leading law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Background in corporate, banking, finance, litigation or general corporate law.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent academic record and communication skills.
