Corporate Tax Manager

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing professional services firm in Dublin, is looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join their expanding tax team. This client‑facing position offers exposure to a wide range of corporate tax matters and the chance to influence the direction of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients across multiple industries.
• Lead and deliver corporate tax compliance and advisory projects from planning to completion.
• Advise on Irish corporate tax issues including restructuring, group reorganisations, transactions and tax‑efficient structuring.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing commercially focused tax solutions.
• Collaborate with Partners and senior leadership on complex assignments and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and manage junior tax team members, supporting their development.
• Identify process improvements, implement new ideas and contribute to practice growth.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Irish tax legislation and market developments.

Required profile

• CTA qualification is essential.
• 5+ years of Irish corporate tax experience in a professional services or practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish corporate tax legislation.
• Proven experience leading and managing corporate tax projects.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Motivated, proactive and eager to contribute within a growing team.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is highly desirable.
