Corporate Tax Senior Manager

About the role

Mazars is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join its growing Corporate Tax team in Ireland. Working closely with partners and senior management, you will support a diverse portfolio of owner‑managed and internationally owned businesses across sectors such as technology, manufacturing, distribution and transport.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the management team in maintaining and developing client relationships, coordinating service offerings across departments.
• Ensure payment and return filing deadlines are met for a portfolio of corporate tax clients.
• Advise partners and clients on suitable business structures, transfer pricing and profit repatriation strategies.
• Contribute as a core member of an integrated client service team on tax advisory projects.
• Help achieve departmental targets for billing, net fee income and cash collection, as well as personal and firm‑wide goals.
• Participate in firm‑wide and team training initiatives.
• Support business development and marketing activities at firm, department and team levels.
• Oversee staff development and review internal procedures.

Required profile

• AITI qualified and a qualified accountant with at least 2 years of practice experience at manager level.
• Proven experience in corporation tax compliance for larger corporates and tax consultancy assignments.
• In‑depth knowledge of Irish tax legislation, commentary and case law.
• Experience supervising assignments and managing client relationships.
• Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Motivation to grow in a changing tax landscape.
• Excellent computer literacy.
