CRM Specialist

About the role

The CRM Specialist will lead end‑to‑end CRM activations—including email, push, and lifecycle campaigns—for 2K’s global portfolio of video‑game titles. Working within the Player Connections department, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deepen player engagement and drive commercial success across the out‑of‑game ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full CRM campaign creation process, ensuring flawless delivery to millions of players worldwide.
• Lead efficiency improvements for CRM workflows and analyse performance trends to inform business decisions.
• Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Legal teams, driving structured cross‑functional discussions and clear next steps.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop and edit responsive email templates that perform across devices.
• Work with the MarTech team on audience creation, data architecture, opt‑in flows, and CRM setup for new IP launches.
• Manage multiple priorities, maintaining structured workflows to deliver high‑impact campaigns on tight timelines.
• Provide regular performance reporting and share key learnings across business units.
• Coach and mentor rotating graduates, overseeing their daily workflows and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale CRM campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Effective communicator who can lead cross‑functional collaborations and mentor junior team members.
