About the role
Join Michael Moore Car Sales as a CUPRA Sales Executive and become part of a dynamic team in Athlone. You will be responsible for driving new and used vehicle sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for new and pre‑owned CUPRA vehicles.
- Maximise profitability by promoting finance, insurance and ancillary products.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring expectations are met or surpassed.
- Develop strong relationships with showroom visitors and proactively generate leads outside the dealership.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge of the CUPRA range and any updates.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year proven sales experience, preferably in motor retail.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and work in a results‑driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Full, valid and current driving licence.
