Customer Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Customer Acquisition Manager will lead growth initiatives for Aran Sweater Market and Weavers of Ireland’s eCommerce channels. Based in Killarney, this role focuses on scaling acquisition strategies, especially in international markets such as the United States, to deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement acquisition strategies across paid media channels including paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing.
• Manage and optimise marketing spend with a focus on ROAS, CAC and contribution margin.
• Analyse campaign performance and apply data‑driven improvements to maximise efficiency and scale.
• Identify and test new acquisition channels, platforms and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with eCommerce and retention teams to align acquisition tactics with the customer lifecycle.
• Lead campaign planning for major trading periods such as St Patrick’s Day, tourism season and Christmas.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners.
• Monitor and report on KPIs including new‑customer revenue, CAC, ROAS and customer lifetime value.
• Mentor and develop team members within the acquisition function.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ management experience in performance marketing or customer acquisition.
• Proven track record of scaling acquisition for an eCommerce or retail brand.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets tied to revenue targets.
• Experience analysing paid digital marketing performance data.
• Degree or Master’s in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with international markets, particularly the United States, is advantageous.
