Customer Sales Manager

About the role

As a Sales Manager you will be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, turning warm inbound leads into loyal clients. You will deliver a first‑class experience across phone, face‑to‑face and email, while supporting store operations and contributing to a collaborative, people‑focused team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage all customer enquiries, converting warm leads into sales.
• Provide empathetic, professional service via phone, in‑store and email.
• Collaborate with external marketing experts to add a personal touch to campaigns.
• Monitor and report on sales activity, conversion rates and CRM pipeline trends.
• Maintain store standards and assist with daily operational tasks.
• Work 40 hours per week, Monday‑Saturday with flexible scheduling.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with measurable results, preferably in call‑centre, retail or B2C environments (no cold calling).
• Excellent communication and customer‑engagement skills, both phone and face‑to‑face.
• Reliable, independent, and a genuine team player focused on exceeding expectations.
• Organised, analytical and comfortable using IT/CRM systems.
• Full clean driving licence and own transport for site travel.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
