Customer Service Administrator (Homecare)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our home‑care team in North or South Dublin. You will act as the central point of contact for clients, home support workers and healthcare professionals, ensuring that care schedules run smoothly and that clients receive the highest standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily client care schedules.
• Communicate promptly with clients, support workers and healthcare providers.
• Handle client inquiries, update care plans and process service changes.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and client files.
• Support the delivery of high‑quality care by monitoring service performance.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a healthcare or customer‑service environment (preferred).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software for record‑keeping.
