About the role
Instructor / Supervisor at Eolas Day Service, part of Sunbeam House Services, supports adults with intellectual disabilities to build skills, confidence and meaningful lives. The role promotes independence, inclusion and community connection.
Key responsibilities
- Support adults with intellectual disabilities to learn, grow and achieve personal goals.
- Facilitate learning, education and community opportunities.
- Promote independence and inclusion within the community.
- Be part of a supportive, creative team.
- Maintain a full driving licence for travel to community activities.
Required profile
- Level 6 or 7 qualification in Social Care, Training, Education or a related field.
- Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities.
- Passion for person‑centred support and community inclusion.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Full driving licence required.
