Customer Service Agent – HQ

About the role

Ryanair is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join its headquarters team in Warsaw. The role involves handling customer enquiries, complaints and back‑office tasks while supporting the airline’s growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Meet targets and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Respond to customer contacts via email and manage related documentation.
• Perform general back‑office administration duties.
• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and propose solutions.
• Report issues to management and suggest corrective actions.
• Collaborate regularly with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Undertake ad‑hoc customer‑service tasks as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional European language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to process large volumes of work quickly.
• Diplomatic and tactful under pressure.
