Customer Service Representative – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Panda’s busy call centre in Dublin. You will be the first point of contact for residential and commercial customers, helping them with queries, complaints and information about our services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and route customers to the appropriate department.
• Provide accurate information on Panda services and customer accounts.
• Handle customer requests, complaints and queries efficiently.
• Process customer‑related requests using internal systems.
• Make outbound courtesy calls to follow up on issues.
• Maintain clear records of all interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Support the team in a fast‑paced environment and contribute to a positive culture.
